Steve Black’s Gameweek 4 Blog Post

The ladies get Valentine’s Day; the fellas get transfer deadline day 😉

I’m one for staying up to watch it all happen to see if anyone lands a big last minute transfer…

Mesut Ozil being the big news with a massive transfer by Arsenal late on. Even Ozil’s teammates were left surprised why he moved, but it can only mean good things for FiT & the premiership. Some managers can’t even wait to get him in pushing his value up before kicking a ball. Everton, even though letting Felliani go, did well to sign Lukaku on loan (missing in GW4) and Robert Martinez has managed to get a few good signings since taking over.

Man United, never talked about as losers, but failed to land any big signings as talked about, leaving it real late to sign Felliani.

Gameweek 4

I’m gonna break down GW4 with my tips which will help you with who not to pick, cos my seasons not started as planned 😉

12.45pm Man Utd v Palace (Home Win)

We should see plenty of goals in this one with a bonus for some when Felliani’s shirt swapped colour

Great chance to off load all your Man U players they don’t play till last GW5.

RVP is the safe captain choice this weekend.

Villa v Newcastle (Home Win)

After a week off, could Benteke return to scoring form? He’s another captain contender.

Fulham v West Brom (Draw)

Boring clean sheet game. Hopefully see some goals from both but I wouldn’t put him your Goals Galore acca.

Hull v Cardiff (Home win)

Difficult one to call… Both teams need a win as they are both trying to show they are capable of surviving demotion this season.

Stoke v City (Away win)

Really hard with City not showing full steam at the moment. I think City will get 4 or 5

Use your transfers again on city’s frontline stoke will probably win 😉

Sunderland v Arsenal (Away Win)

Could this be the Ozil show Arsenal fans are dying to see? Only if Wenger chooses the right spot to play him.

Tottenham v Norwich (Home Win)

Should see Spurs back to winning ways maybe with the newbies taking a bow too. Soldado could be one to watch.

5.30pm Everton v Chelsea (Draw)

Shame for Everton not being able to play Lukaku. Interesting to see if Eto’o gets the nod up front for Chelsea. Eden Hazard is always worth having in your iTeam

Sun 4.00pm Southampton v West Ham (Draw)

Lambert flying high for England, Carroll fighting to be fit for west ham. Hard to call both teams similar start.

Mon 8.00pm Swansea v Liverpool (Away Win)

Sturridge 1-0 ha ha! Tough place to go for the leaders but hopefully a good game on Monday night with plenty of goals.

Good luck to all in Gameweek 4 with your transfers & captains hope you enjoyed my blog.

Thanks for reading.
